These guides initially cover the affiliated BCA/BCA-DS and MCA schemes effective from 2025–26. Older admission schemes and the separate USICT MCA Software Engineering programme need their own mapping.

Try the first three lessons.

English notes, runnable examples, starter exercises, and separate solutions for J01–J03. You can use these before the videos are published.

J01

Start here: IPU Java syllabus, tools and first program

Print the exact three-line welcome card, compile it, and explain the source, class file, and runtime commands.

J02

Java program structure, types and control flow

Count positive multiples of three from 1 through an inclusive limit using a loop and condition; validate limits from 0 to 10000.

J03

Classes, objects and constructors

Build an independent reading-session object with a validated title and page count; update progress without allowing invalid state.

For every topic: read the question, predict the result, run the example, change one detail, then explain what happened. The free syllabus course will remain free.
